Various Bootloader Unlock Methods?

Hi all,

what the difference between using the MIFlashUnlock tool and 'fastboot oem unlock'?

Is 'fastboot oem unlock' working on every locked Xiaomi device? Will a warning screen appear after turn on the unlocked mobile after using the first method?

In this guide I don't find any BL flashing action... Just unlocking using fastboot but you get a warning screen.

Is a unlock waring common on (unlocked) Xiaomi devices?

Thanks. Using fastboot and unlock in this way I know... Just done a few times (for example on a Oneplus One).

On the guide you see a screenshot (photo) of the warning message. My original question: If I use the MIFlashUnlock tool what is different after? How avoid such a boot warning message (unlock kept)?
