very very slow downloading of applications from the play market

installed the update 9.12.5, the play market downloads very slowly, cleared the cache, deleted the application, deleted the account. nothing helped. How to fix it? 17 megabytes per night.

Clear all data for both and you're good.

Had the same issue, and now it works. Also I noticed that the device got warmer and there was increased battery drain. Could it be because of dirty upgrade from Android 9 to 10?
