New Vibrate in silent mode

Hello,

Since a week or two I'm having this annoying bug.. when I put my phone in silent mode and vibrate off in the notification bar => Toggles. It will still Vibratate when I get a new e-mail, What's App message or Facebook message.

I've searched here and did found a thread, but there is no anwser to this and it's solved (perhaps the OP question/bug has been solved).
