Video App Is A Virus?

Hi people, i have question about app Video (Android/Apptrack.D).
I instaled ESET Mobile Security and i get that Video app is threat and i need to uninstall it. (ok i understand i cant) then wanted just try to remove all permissions from that app and i cant. When i trun them off they turn back on.

So what is all about with Video app and why it needs contacts, sms, lokation atc?

Ok its easy to ignore but why he see it as a threat?
I remember once they have spyware code in Miui
