Video Recording Resolution

On my Mi5 Pro on 7.1.19/20 there is a problem. I always have to choose "4K" in camera settings, also when i choose it, it changes back to "HD".
How can I fix it

its known bug with MIUI builds. Same will be resolved here once official builds get the fix!

Workaround would be to except camera app while cache clearance.
