I have purchased a viomi v2 pro vacuum and mop cleaner and it is malfunctioning.
It has problem with one of the wheels.
I bought it from Germany and I am asking where should I send it to be fixed!!! I live in Greece but when I called they told me that only the buyers from Greece are accepted.
