Volte not working on Miui 10 EU Stable

Volte was working just fine on Global Stable 9.6.2.0 but now that I switched to EU Stable although it seems enabled on settings, it dosent work.
I dont know if it is because we cannot change region or there is something else missing.

already done this. As I said, volte is activated on settings but dosent work.

Hmm I had xiaomi.eu 10 stable on my mi 8 se and volte worked but now I am on China stable MIUI 10 and it's still working. Check if you are on LTE, try to open Phone info and check there.
Try to reboot the phone once or reset access point name

everything seems correct, that's why I dont understand why it's not working...
