New Volume Level Weird Sound

Increasing sound does make audio sound weird for while, isnt big bug but annoying. Or drag volume from max level to min And hear that weird sound.

I have other problem: on first sound level i think it's too loud. How to reduce it?

I have the same problem when playing music in poweramp, i turned the volume manually in poweramp, in MIUI music it is ok. Any fix other than this?
