Vpn App Doesnt Worked On Miui 8

Hi all!
Im downloaded many VPN app form google store but they not work at all, everytime i clicked connect but they return nothing. Some app said that i have to approve permission or check some dialog which gave them authority, but none dialog had been showed.
The last time a VPN app worked when im used last miui7 developer rom. But it not worked anymore since i install newest eu miui8 rom.
Though, im didnt want to change to any rom orther than my current rom.
So im here to asked for help.
Please help solve this issue.

Still. Not worked, i hit the connnect but noting happen.

Im had just wipe all data and reinstall rom, now it's work. Im started a vpn app, a dialog pop up for asking me authority.
