[vpn] Build-in Vpn Doesn't Work

Hi,
are there any restrictions when using the build-in-VPN-connections? I tried several times but it doesn't work.
I tried a third party app called "vpncilla", which works fine. But i'd like to use the build-in-solution.

Any ideas?
