Hello!
I recently purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 (Tapas) for my mother. The phone works fine and is really a great deal for the money, but I'm having trouble with VPNs.
I use Rethink on most of my phones and it works great. On her phone, it randomly turns off and won't turn on unless she opens the app manually. All the ads go through in the meantime, which is really annoying. I made sure that battery optimization was turned off for the app, Autostart was turned kn, and that Always On VPN is also enabled.
I also tried using other programs instead, like AdGuard and Blokada, but the same issue persists.
No matter what I do, VPN apps just stop working after a while.
This does not happen on my other Xiaomi phones (Redmi 7, Redmi Note 7 and 12 (Cupid)).
Does anyone know of a possible solution for this problem?
