Want to Go from Global to Eu Procedure ? I live in Mexico any help

Im currently using Redmi 5 plus code name (Vince) and was wondering can I use Eu down here i know the first step is unlock the Bootloader is their an easier way I feel its a bit complicated to do the rest to install a Eu version as i dint have the second sim activated neither ?
