Web version of Android Market not pushing installs to phone

Anyone else having this issue with MIUI 1.1.28? I am using the DInc ROM. I noticed a lot of others are having issues from Engadget report.

Ok, I just tried CM7 ROM and it works with that ROM. Now why doesn't MIUI work?

I'm on the MIUI_Au 1.1.28 ROM and have no issues with the web store

im on 1.1.28 and works how it should

make sure you're logged into Google Talk app.
if you are, lof out, the log back in, and then try. it worked for me.
