Weird Blue Icon In Notification Bar When Downloading From Play Store

I've recently installed Xposed and MIUI 8 Tweaks to get AOSP notification icons and expanded notifications, since stock MIUI behaviour is garbage. Most of the non MIUI apps display their AOSP notification icon perfectly, except with Play Store when the app is downloading. While that, there's a blue icon in the notification bar, looks like a bird or something. When the app is being installed after, the animation with down arrow displays, similar to AOSP.

What is that blue bird icon? Is it the same in the stock MIUI ROM as well, or just a result of EU ROM customizations?

Based on some Googling, it seems to be the icon of the Xiaomi Xunlei download engine. Any chance to turn it off or why it needs to be there ?
