New Weird bug with new update i guess?

Hello i just updated to 8.8.30 and when i go into some apps i get an error Battery & Performance/Batter use... I get 2 options afterwards cancel and report (and also view summary that shows the logs i guess) only certain apps are affected (viber and when i go into options-> permissions).. can anyone help me out>?

I installed the last update and it's all working properly right now should i just stick with the last weekly update?

Try wipe cache + dalvik from recovery.
