Resolved Weird text formatting on Time's Up! timer screen with Russian language

When Russian is set as system language, the timer screen shows a wrongly formatted line of text
Mi Note 10 currently on 21.6.9

Not quite weird, Xiaomi just didn't consider the possibility that the "Time's up!" text will be longer in another language...

Applied some of my magic, should be fine on this release, at least for Mi Note 10.
