What about battery

I'm thinking to buy a tablet for my son (it is a genuine battery eater). I've looked iPad or mipad.
How about the battery?
Is it comparable?

The battery is pretty good, between 8 and 10 hours of screen with normal use, watching vídeos , surfing, youtube, mail,... I think is similar to an ipad

iPad and mi Pad battery is not compatible .But both pretty are good .You can choose the one your son prefers .

Actually Mipad has quite awesome battery and battery life in normal use but since I haven't had an iPad I can't compare mipad and ipad.
