What Does This Icon Means?

What does the icon between alarm icon and the signal icon means?
This icon will appear randomly (because don't know when and why it appear) and will make my phone unable to connect to wifi.
When this icon appear, i need to restart my phone to assure it disappear so i can connect to my wifi, its bring a lot of problem to me. Hope can get the answer i need. Thank a lot.

Do you connect your phone to MiPCSuite? If not then maybe it's better to perform wipe (factory reset)
