what happen after factory data rest?

ive rest my phone with the factory data rest (without apps and sd card) i was updating the version thru here, but now its seems to look a bit differnt (maybe, not sure..)
i wanted to ask, after this kind of rest, does it go back to miui original rom, or is it stay with the version here (the one updating every friday, i download it OTA every week,)

You keep the latest installed version, you just lost all your settings and data. You can check your MIUI build number this way:
1. Menu button
2. Settings
3. About phone

its says, MIUI-3.8.9, does it mean its the one from here?

As you can see on the homepage, 3.8.9 is the most recent version: http://miuiandroid.com/community/
So you don't have to update anymore.
