What Means "com.mediate.selfregister To Avoid Fc At Start"?

In the ROM download thread is a hint to allow the Mediathek app to have access to location and phone.

What means "FC" which one should avoid?

How do I find that app? I have ignored the settings so far.

some people got this error at first start after installing the rom. don't panic! xiaomi will fix that issue.
in the meanwhile go to settings> installed app > all app > com.mediatek.selfregister >all permissions set to on
