Whatsapp Custom Sounds Do Not Ring

I have 7.3.16 weekly, and whatsapp custom sounds do not ring, only system sounds.
Any solution?

On 7.3.30 doesn't works any sound, custom and system.

And after downgrade to 7.3.16 also fails.

It is whatsapp version. downgrade to a previous one. I had 2.17.107 and had the same problem.
I uninstalled it and put 2.17.79 and it is ok now.
