On the Devicelist her in the forum, ist says Android 10 for Mi 9 SE is released. Because of that, i looked up on XDA.

Beta 9.10.17 is here! With Android 10. Just beware what twrp might not be able decrypt after installing this sooo of you want Magisk, reboot to recovery manually and install both at the same time.
