The close beta ROM seems to be available, however it requires an authorized developer account.
Note that the latest public beta ROM of MIUI 9 is 8.8.23.

MIUI 10 already available on the dev china ROM. Install latest dev and it updates to miui 10.

Quick question mate. Does the Rom come with Google apps and Play Store installed? Does Gmail auto sync for you?

Just tried to unlock the MiPad bootloader, and got a 720h waiting period...

Mockee Rom? It was probably unlocked by the seller to install their ROM
