Connecting to the previous post: which is the latest, global, official working ROM for RN2?

I have this on my phone: miui_HMNote2Global_V9.6.3.0.LHMMIFD_83711029cc_5.0, but it has only Chinese region, and it has a few limitations. Apart from this, it works properly.

I have made a lot of searches, and it seems that the latest official real GLOBAL ROM is xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote2_V9.2.3.0.LHMCNEK_v9-5.0

Is it true?
