where is update option in HTC Desire- build number : 1.11.25

Hi Friends...I have installed build 1.11.25 for my HTC desire.
I have 2 queries as follows;
1>where is update option..I have checked it on setting>systems>about phone>???
2>how can i move my apps2sd card???
