Where To Download Stable Eu Rom For Mi5s Plus

I am new here. Itry to find the link to download STABLE rom. Anyway I found only the weekly rom released at 6 JAN 2017.

Can you tell me which link I have to go?

Is this weekly ROM newer or have the same features of the stock ROM that came with the phone (Global stable 8.2.16 in my case)?

Sorry for my noob questions, but do you think that I will lose some data and app data if I made a backup with mi Backup and restore it after the new ROM is set up to the phone?

MI Backup only backs up system settings , homescreen layout and apps, but not app date. I would root the phone first and backup with a tool like titanium backup.
