But, if you install and look on Tom details in ettings or updater, it flags as dev version

but there is one problem, the link http://miuiandroid.com/roms/miui-stable-roms/ is outdated. the latest stable version is 2.3.7a but the link shows 2.3.5a

Install MIUI Rom Downloader from the Market, and there you will find the stable versions released until now, as well the "betas". Actually I had to use the Downloader to install this week release, because the link for DHD its not working.
