Miui v6 have the White list option?
The miui security always erase the penetrate app

Yes, inside privacy setting you can set how filter work,

Security - block list - setting ([gear shaped button).
Turn on filter and in rules menu you can select
- Intelligent mode
-Blakck list
-Allow Contacts only
-White List
-Block all

I found that options but still not found where to add apps.
I only found options to calls and sms

I tried penetrate, antivirus give me a warning but it don't make a cleaning.

You can go in file explorer, cleaning, App package submenu ,

select the app, open the submenu and press clock like icon and you add the app in cleaning exception menu.

The exception list can be found in Security - Cleaning - Setting

Didn't work. Security app don't erase the apk file but erased the penetrante already instaled

Which miui version are you running? You can even try different version of the app.
There is an option in Setting - Security, App verify that can be turned off.
