Why don't xiaomi.eu team release a stable TWRP?

We are using LR.Team releases to flash roms or flashable zips to our Mi 10/Pro. We knows it is closed sources. Why don't xiaomi.eu team release a stable TWRP? or how LR.Team do that without a stable source?

Because they are not involved in TWRP development and They don't have the resource for that.

Is there any way to flash xiaomi.eu roms for our phones? I know the only way is TWRP, so whay they are not involved?
