Widevine L1 support

Redmi note 7 has widevine L1 DRM support on global rom. But missing is chinese rom. Since EU rom is based on chinese rom, is there a way to get widevine support on EU rom?

You think make it for mi 8 ? I don't know. And if make it had only for global Rom. But global loose to many features I use.
