New Wired flickering display mi 11 ultra

Can someone tell me what is this? I downgraded from 14.0.6 to 13.0.13 with full wipe and after a new install this problem persists. The display is flickering if I don't touch the screen..if I do it quits flickering

Update your "Android System WebView" to version 113.0.5672.62 and "Chrome" to version 113.0.5672.62, reboot your device and feedback for us later.

Thank you Birraque, with the new setup the flickering is only in the upper right corner or the right middle, but it persists.
I downgraded my chrome to 111-0-5563-58 and there is actually no flickering Effect. Maybe a chrome problem?

Probably a "Android System WebView" issue.

Once again it's flickering. Do you habe a newer WebView download File? I tried to use the 116 version of Google Play Store but I can't activate it. It's using all time the older beta
