Witch Rom 4.0 fits on Htc Desire ??

Hi!!
I wonder whitch ROM i must put on .. if i want to have Android 4.0... i try serval of them.. witch are supose to be for this phone... but when i try.. i clear all cache and other datas.. and restore from SD card.. al install goes smooth to first reboot... and i wait to boot up about 30 mins and its nothing happens exept make on screen golden IM Logo... and thats it... so could someone help me...
