When I try to make a new installation on my new phone, when I come to the question if I whant to make a new installation or install frome the cloud. It dosent matter what scoise I do it just jumps back to the 2 scoises, look at the picture and hen Im holding down nthe volyme and power this come up. Please how do I fix so I can juse my phone again..I love it
