New Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE: It's not possible to use Revolut App

I have installed the stable ROM from Xiaomi.eu on my Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE. Everything works except the Revolut (Banking) app. In this app, you have to upload a selfie for verification and when uploading, the message appears that the selfie can not be uploaded.

Revolut support has now been trying to find a problem since December and confirmed to me that the problem is not with them, but with the ROM used. Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem?

Hi, i have the same issue with a Xiaomi 12 and miui13 (xiaomi.eu), do you have any news about that?

edit: accessing from chrome the same problem occurs, but with another browser it makes me log in

I've just just had the same issue, talked to helpdesk but without solution.

So I downloaded Revolut app from APKPure and it said it's about root. Then I've cleaned data, used MagiskHide and it works now
