Xiaomi 11 Ultra MIUI 13 Android 12 rom Installation

Just got my 11 Ultra in China, Has China rom, Android 12. MIUI 13 (brand new) 2022 08 date.
What method do I use to install EU rom. Currently have V13.0.13SKACNXM.zip downloaded.
Also does this version have both Xiaomi Getapps and Google play store. I'll be in China for a few months then back to Australia where i'll be using Play Store.

Get your bootloader unlocked first. That will take 168 hours. Once done and if you want A13, just download the latest EU ROM and instant fastboot. Really easy.
