@Pamch75 You asked already here - don't ask twice.
And the main language to use is English in this forum by the rules.
I don't know what's DM mean in the Build-Number, it seems like a branding.

It's not a Xiaomi.EU Rom and that's why the question is not for this forum.

But what you probably can do is to unlock the Bootloader and install a Custom Rom - see next post by @gogocar62
I can't guide you in this case.

You have a branded ROM. Hence the update issue.
You can unlock bootloader and install Global ROM from xiaomi.
