Hi all. I bought used Xiaomi 12 Pro Global version with MIUI Global 14.0.16. I want to switch to .eu ROM. What is the procedure, easiest way. I am not advanced user. Please, help the dummy. Thanks.

Should I install the latest stable version or some older one? After installation, for example latest version, with fastboot, will TWRP install automatically or I must install it manualy after .eu rom installation? Thanks!

Install the current ROM.
For your model, TWRP is not installed at the same time as installing the ROM using the "fastboot method".
If you want TWRP, use the "recovery method (TWRP)" ROM installation procedure.
Or you can install TWRP additionally after installing the ROM by "fastboot method".

I will ask here to avoid opening new thread...I unlock the bootloader and install xiaomi.eu_multi_XM12Pro_V14.0.15.0.TLBCNXM_v14-13
I used fastboot method and didn´t install TWRP. I can´t use Google Wallet because I can´t add a bank card. I run SafetyNet checker app and it shows passed safetynet compatibility test in every way. What to do?? Thanks!
