Invalid Xiaomi 12S Pro Bluetooth Problems

I had to do factory reset on my front door electronic deadbolt and now I cannot connect to lock. It finds lock but times out when pairing. Any suggestions?

Running Miui 14 - 14.0.2.0

Try this:
Settings - Bluetooth - Additional settings - Pair compatible devices - disable this feature and try again.

Tried this and still does not work. The funny thing is all my other electronic devices work but my new xiaomi 12s pro Miui 14 won't and it use too before update to 14.
