New Xiaomi 13 pro no network service what to do

Hi all.

Pls I got gifted my first device on new year a Xiaomi 13 pro 5G which my mum bought fro Aliexpress

I inserted my sim, it recognises my sim but says no service.

Below are my phone details.

Xiaomi 13 pro 12/512 5G

Model number on phone pack (2312CRAD3C) I've learnt this is chinese version.

Inside phone specs shows it's running Xiaomo Hyper OS version 1.0.7.0.UNRIDXM and model number when inside about of phone is (2312DRA50G)

I got to developer option and it shows Mi Device is locked and safe (bootloader locked)

Please help me and answer what I can do to get sim card service.

Also is it possible to manually upgrade my hyper OS even tho the bootloader is locked)

Also with lock bootloader can I go back to official chinese rom as I understand this is a global rom replaced the rom inbuilt?

Help me please.

Hi, thanks for replying me. As I have noticed, I have a Chinese version of xiaomi 13 pro 5g but seller installed global rom and bootloader is locked. What can I do to get service as my sim card is recognised but no service. As I understand I can't install your rom with locked bootloader. Please what can I do

The procedure should be as follows:
1, install stock CN ROM
2, unlock bootloader (you will probably have to use some paid service)
3, install xiaomi.eu ROM

Is it possible to install stock CN ROM if my bootloader is locked? and how can I install it. My model is xiaomi 13 pro 2312CRAD3C 12/512GB

If I can install stock CN rom even tho my bootloader is locked, please can you tell me where I can find the latest version of stock CN ROM for my model?

Also, what is the limitation of STOCK CN ROM and what's the advantage of xiaomi eu ROM over stock rom?

finall, will the issue of no network be resolved if I install stock cn rom or xiaomi.eu rom?
