Xiaomi 14 (houji): twrp. installation, root and fix - questions

Hello everyone! I bought the device last week (it is still within the bootloader unlock period) and I have some questions and I don't know if it is true and I need clarification from you:

1) the twrp does not fix on the device? It does not stay anchored?

2) the way to root: do I need the init_boot file or can I root through twrp?

3) when the .eu is installed, do I need to pass the houji_network_fix through fastboot?

Since I unlocked the bootloader last night, I was able to verify the issues in practice. Yes, TWRP works. Yes, I can root through TWRP and yes, I need to apply the fix. Thank you very much to everyone who helped me.
