Xiaomi 14 pro encrypted even after bootloader unlocked

What do you mean by "disabled"? The toggles next to them should be enabled in order to keep them from detecting root.
The difference between the apps that detect root and some that don't lies within their programming, starting over won't do anything about that.

I also saw that there is a new release 208, didn't have time to download it yet.
It's just a security patch tho, no major changes. It's safe to install, but also kinda pointless tbh.

Ill skip on the 208 update.

Disabled, its on the deny list, as in 'hide' this, the list is a deny list so I assumed, it should be on the deny list, meaning the slide should be to the left/active?

The denylist specifies the processes/activities that should be "denied" from seeing the magisk/busybox binary files and processes which indicate root access.

So, play services as well as all apps/processes/activities that may check for device security should have their toggle to the right/enabled on the list.

You can check your integrity status with Play Integrity Checker app.

Yes, exactly, so I had it correct.

Thanks for the Play Integrity Checker app!
It shows,
meets_basic_integrity = good
meets_device_integrity = false
meets_strong_integrity = false

So I guess for banking apps, the device is still not okay.

Fck me sideways. I requested a bank identifier device (Rabobank) -> (it's like a little calculator which generates codes, like an authenticator.) IT WORKED!!! I'm happy (got it working) and mad at the same time (All the time spend, while it's (partly) the fault of the app.)

Next Step... When I update AdAway, it can't seem to rewrite the host file with the updated entries... Adaway asks to check for Systemsless host Module in Magisk. Which I have installed.
Superuser for AdAway is granted in Magisk.

Is it soley a permission? Can I change permission for said folder?

I don't have magisk installed so I can't test the exact situation rn.

Check if systemless hosts is really installed as a module (and enabled). If yes, uninstall the module, reboot, reinstall it from magisk settings and reboot again. Then retry AdAway.

Never realized how many ads I see when AdAway can't function. "Sigh*
Btw systemless module is active in Magisk...
So what's happening?

Might be a stupid question, but...
Have you ever rebooted after installing the module?
In case you have, and its still not working:
Uninstall the module and AdAway app, reboot
Then re-install the module and the app, reboot.
Then try again if it works.

Also: why do you have magiskhide installed? Since safetynet is dead, you don't need it for integrity stuff anymore so you can probably delete it. (Unless you need it for anything else ofc)
