Xiaomi 14 ultra sim activation and message activation problem?

My phone is Xiaomi 14 Ultra
Call log and messages synchronization feature is not activated.
There was no such error in EU Rom 1.0.8 before. I updated to 1.0.11 and encountered such a problem.
It keeps giving "Sim could not be activated" error. Can you help me ?

The same here. I wonder if Google has something to do with it since Google KILLED the mobile photo's synchrinization so Google could've killed the SIM activation too. Still NO solution yet and it's frustrating!
