I bought a new phone 2 weeks ago, for the Russian market.
Firmware OS 2.0.201.0.VNARUXM.
The problem is that when I make a call, the lower microphone turns off and I can't be heard. I hear the other person, but not me. I have to switch to speakerphone, then both microphones work fine. In the engineering menu, the microphones pass the test successfully. The voice recorder records voice without loss, not a single disconnection. Voice messages in messengers and video recording - no problems. The problem is only with calls. I noticed that if I make a call via WiFi, the microphone turns off. If I am outside and use 4G, there are no problems.
I unlocked the bootloader and flashed OS 2.0.202.0.VNAMIXM, but this did not help.
I don't know what to do, a new phone and such problems, tell me what can be done?
