Hi

I'm facing a problem with my newly bought Xiaomi 15 ultra i bought it from china last month and came back to my country and i want to activate my esim but it's not showing the option to activate esim my carrier provider support esim and i have other phones with esim need help to activate esim and i saw some thread saying you need to change the region and there is no option for that also

You will never be able to activate it because it is a hardware issue, in fact the Chinese versions of the Xiaomi 15 DO NOT HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF INSTALLING THE ESIM which only the Global versions have.

Simply because the Chinese versions do not have the eUICC chip as hardware (the one that allows you to install the esim). However, there are alternative systems that allow you to install an external and removable eUICC. Search on google: esim adapter. (Or: JMP sim manager).
