Xiaomi Ax3000 ne mesh orange light

Hi, in the last days my mesh system stop working, all the notes start changing to the orange color. I have tried to restart the nodes one by one but they only stay with the white status light for a few minutes. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

I'm having the same problem & cannot see a response on this forum

I found out that the problem was the communication with the xiaomi servers, the internet connection works just fine. The only problem is using the xiaomi app to connect with the mesh.
