I have a problem with some apps for downloading files. For example in gmail i can't see the files attached in a mail (pdf,doc, images...), also on tik tok i can't download videos. It seems to be a problem of how the sistem redirects the files to the internal storage but i don't know

Did you mess with MIUI optimization? All your sympthoms are matching with the state when it is forced to be off..

I don't know how to optimize miui. I don't know what you mean about the shutdown issue either. The mobile came with version 13.0.13 and I have not modified anything
