Can you help me to get, step by step, the xiaomi.eu ROM on it? Thank you.

So is it possible to have the bootlader unlocked even if i got a custom rom on my device? I thought it was necessary to have the stable china on it...

Your bootloader has to be unlocked so that you can flash a custom ROM. But you can lock the bootloader again after flashing the ROM.

Sometimes people have trouble unlocking from vendor ROM's so that's why it's suggested to flash a China or Global Developer ROM for the unlocking process to work.
Reason being is that under developer options there is no "OEM unlock" or Mi Unlock Status"
