i tried a few times and finally with the original cable and on a usb 2.0 port it was flashed successfully. i was a bit in panic as i first tried with an other cable and/or with a usb hub and it failed a few times.

Could someone tell me if the devices listed on THAT CHINESE store as Room global (Chinese flash for global) are used in this room at xiaomi.eu?

Xiaomi 12 series has official Xiaomi Global Rom. You can flash using the MiFlash tool
Maybe, or maybe it is the official global ROM. Only they know.
Edit : Maybe I misunderstood and there is only a global version, but this is not what the red text seems to indicate.

I ask this because the Chinese are selling the Mi12 with flash room Chinese to "Global" for 400 dollars more expensive than the Chinese version.
So it best buy the Chinese version and flash it to "global" ?
Understand that this "Global" is not officially factory, its a flash room.
They know people are afraid to unlock the bootloader and install a ROM (but in the end you will need to install ROMs if you want to update your phone anyway...)
And it's pretty easy to do that right? I have computer knowledge etc but I've never done this, it would be my first time. Looking at some videos or tutorials around here should I get it without problems? What do you think?
I can't promise anything, but unlock is very easy, you just need to follow the instructions on the website, and for the installation... this is the very reason this forum exists.
