Would you mind reading the OP of the preferred rom version and simply follow the instructions?
Can you please help me with the link of the instraction.
And as i am now using a custom rom i think it's bit different than usual installation process of flashing xiaomi eu rom on top of official rom.

Why do you think that you need something special.
Follow the instructions for a complete new installation (devices with locked BL)
Ok, no need to unlock the BL and install TWRP.
But the rest is as described.
Do it and enjoy eu rom or do it a different way. It's your decision.
I did it this way coming from havoc and Syberia.
