xiaomi.eu ROM updates on POCO F3/K40

Hi,

There is no official TWRP yet for the POCO F3.
How can I make a dirty update of the ROM since there is no more update .bat/.sh scripts included in the downloaded package?

OK, so it seems my F3 doesn't have a recovery partition. I have "an A/B device"...
So I booted on TWRP using fastboot boot twrp.img, but now the guide says I have to install a ZIP version of TWRP to my phone. Where is this ZIP file? Do I have to create a ZIP with only the twrp.img inside or do I need a special ZIP file which will tell my phone to create the necessary recovery partition?

You simply flash the latest Xiaomi.eu ROM (zip file) in TWRP and reboot your device, that's all you need to do to update your device.

OK so this ROM includes and installs TWRP on the good A/B recovery partition? Will it erase all my apps and data?

I don't know how it works on A/B devices but it should work...

If I call it an "update", it means you don't lose your data. ^^

OK. I sent the ZIP file using ADB sideloading and it worked!
